13 DPO anyone else

I was 12 DPO yesterday and I had really mild cramping then I went to the restroom and wipe and I had Pinkish CM that was the only time and my temps has dropped since couple of days. Today I feel like my period is coming but there is no sign on my period. I should start tomorrow or Sunday I took at test at 11 dpo but it was negative and I don’t have anymore pregnancy test I kinda don’t want to spend more money on pregnancy since I feel like my period is coming. I have to call my doctor on my first cycle day to get blood work done and get a ultrasound to check my follicles. I also had my HSG 2 weeks ago I think my uterus is still sensitive and this is why I had spotting yesterday but I am not sure. Besides the feeling of my period I have no other symptoms do you ladies think I might be out ? My temperature also went up today not sure what to think of that since I am new to bbt Chart
