Ovulation pain

Hello ladies! Lately I noticed a pattern of feeling some PMS-like pelvis pain in the middle of my cycle. It’s not awful, only lasts for a few hours in one day and I would presume that’s what would be called ovulation pain. My question is: do you ovulate the same day you have this pain or it just your body preparing? It usually happens a few days before Glow indicates my ovulation day so I am a bit confused on when I am actually ovulating. Thank you! 🐰
