Missing symptoms

I had super sore boobs starting at 1 dpo and getting worse after my predicted period. I'm 7w1d and my sore & heaviness in my boobs have all but disappeared. I have some nausea but then I keep thinking maybe I'm "symptom spotting" and making it up 😭 my boobs were the only real thing. They were horrible but I was fine with it. My first scan is this afternoon and now I'm worried something is wrong I've waited 3 weeks for today and I'm scared everything is going to come to a screeching hault at 2:15.
