period stopped after iud

I got Kyleena inserted around the end of December, and I bled for almost a month straight. After that, I was spotting regularly for a couple weeks, especially after sex. Ever since, I haven’t gotten my period at all. I’ll notice some spotting maybe once or twice a month, but it’s very light. Is there a chance I’m pregnant? My doctor said Kyleena MIGHT stop my period but after a year, not after two months.
