Subchoronic hemorrhage or miscarriage??

So I’m suppose to be somewhere between 4-6wks pregnant and I started bleeding really heavy just three days ago. I passed a bunch of clots and the blood would randomly “gush” out onto my pad. I was certain it was another miscarriage but today the bleeding just stopped..my question is: has anyone had a miscarriage and only bled for a few days or does this sound like an early miscarriage/chemical?

I plan on calling on Monday to see what they say but just curious if any mamas out there have experienced anything similar to this.
