what should i do?

i was with the father of my baby (i’m 18 weeks pregnant) earlier to try and talk things over and figure out a plan for the future. he was on my phone to change a song and some guy on instagram messaged me. he got really upset and i kept asking why, keep in mind WE ARE NOT together and he has a girlfriend. he then got really aggressive and threatened if he sees me with another guy he’ll shoot me, and proceeded to show me a picture of the gun he just bought. i told him i haven’t been with no one since him, i don’t want to be with anyone right now and that i’m just trying to figure out things for my son. we then carry on about the baby and a song comes on and he grabbed my face and sang the lyrics to me, it was something about me staying w him through a lot idk. and i turned my face away then he told me i had an attitude. then he said in case he misses he has 17 rounds and he’ll kill me. then he said let me stop before you call the cops or try to get a restraining order on him again. i filed for one i never went to the hearing. then when i dropped him off he grabbed my face again and kissed me, more like slammed his face into mine. then threw this receipt which hit me in the face and slammed the door. the whole time he kept telling me i’m stuck for life, i’m his until i die. i’m just so upset over this i don’t know what the hell is wrong with him. i’m really young (20) and he was my second boyfriend and he’s (27). he often uses my age against me.

if i press charges, in what county should i do it? we live in 2 different ones. should i do it in mine or his, previously i did it in his because there was an altercation which escalated to the cops being called and they said because of that file it there
