Condom broke... next steps?

my boyfriend and i aren't ready for children. we're both starting college tjis coming semester and we happened to have a bit of a fender bender tonight. we had sex, and the condom broke, and he came inside of me. we dont exactly have the quickest access to plan B at the moment... what are the next steps we should take? i rinsed well with water to make sure nothing is left and made the majority of it all come out. really hoping for a miracle right about now (not that kind of miracle, not yet)
