Does Plan B really mess up your cycle?
So I took Plan B I think In November of 2019, the first time I have ever taken it. Ever since then, my period cycle is super messed up. It used to be only 5 days now it’s 6-7 days, and I get my period really early, like every 15-16 days and I used to get it like every 19-22 days. Still not regular but now it’s super irregular and off!
