Bleeding needing answers ??

A couple days ago I took a pregnancy test and there was a faint like then I took another one a couple days later and the line was even more faint we’ll yesterday I started to get bad cramps and today when I was in the restroom I only peed blood and a runny clot came out I still have awful cramps I never have cramps or bleed because I have an iud does anybody know what’s going on? Thank you !
