Hyperovulation ??? (HELP!!!)

Okay I'm not sure it I have the right term for it or not but I took the fertility supplement Cassanovum Boost it is supposed to boost ovulation and improve egg quality. I started taking them on CD 1. I ovulated on 4/16 but the wierd thing was I had pains on both sides. I didn't really pay it much mind until about 7dpo I started having sharp pains along with a tugging sensation on the left side and an hour or so later it started on the right. It's been going this way since 7dpo along with this tugging feeling or tightness on both sides. Could I have ovulated on both sides? This is driving me crazy and is very confusing 😔😔. I don't want to symptom spot and I hate to just assume but I'm at a loss trying to figure this out....
