Help!

I was set to ovulate the 9th.. I never recieved a blazing postive opk but I went ahead with it anyway. On march 10th I either had menses or some kind of cycle like bleeding for approximately 5days. I called my ob who said if anything was happening it had already taken place and this bleeding wouldn't affect it. It's now April 27th and no menses. I had symptoms of a UTI and a yeast infection recently. My urine tests are coming back inconclusive. I read the cassette style pregnancy test could detect hcg in whole blood samples with the same if not better accuracy so I tried it and recieved a positive result. Asking f for feedback. I have pictures of all my tests. I live in NY and am not able to get in with my provider.
