Miscarriage

I’m so destroyed. I had my tubes cut and burned after my last daughters birth recently and I regret it so badly. I am currently going through a miscarriage. I was so excited to see that I was having a uterine pregnancy after all of that. My husband and I were so thankful that we had this little sweet surprise and it’s gone. It probably won’t happen again and I just would do anything to get it back 😔. Does anyone else have any tips on how to get through this or TTC without the reversal?
