First numbers don't mean anything they have to draw blood again before they typically say anything as hcg varies person to person, pregnancy to pregnancy.

My levels started off extremely low in the beginning that they were worried that it wasn’t right and by 6 weeks my levels had gone from 157 at 4.5 weeks to in the 7000 at 6 weeks but I’m now almost 19 weeks
