Has anyone had a good outcome of going into labor or at least starting it with caster oil ?

Some have good out comes and some don’t. But people also have good and bad outcomes when they smoke crack during pregnancy too lol. I’d take it up with your doctor to see what’s best. None of us are doctors here

I know a few people who used midwives brew to start labour and it was mega fast/ within 24 hours. It’s got castor oil in it but not a lot, apparently the other stuff in it helps it not be as harsh giving you diarrhoea ... 
maybe give that ago rather than on its own. But I’d ask your midwife/doc first some don’t recommend it, they know more and will take ur medical history into account to makesure it’s safe for your body... all the best☺️x

I’m not gonna do it I just wanted someone’s personal  experience  advice before I made a final decision I would never put my baby at harm I’m a ftm so I just didn’t know if google was right or not  cause you can’t always believe everything you research  but thank you all for the help

I personally don’t want to cause diarrhea purposefully. It causes the intestines to contract. Doesn’t sound fun to me, I’ll just wait for my body to do its thing 🤷‍♀️

I did it, but not very much and mixed with orange juice. Honestly it helped my constipation and I never had diarrhea with it. I went into labor within 24 hours and had my daughter 10 hours later without complications. But also like I said, it wasn’t very much ( not the full recommended amount people say)  and my body was already ready for labor I think. It won’t work if your body isn’t ready I heard. You can look into midwives brew under the supervision of you doc or midwife. :)

I did it with 3 of mine. My sister did it once and a close friend did it. Put us all in labor and we had no issue's at all! My sister and I did it over 10 yrs ago so we were young.

My friend literally had her baby 3 days ago from Castro oil. She was 2cm dilated and she took 3 oz of the oil at 10 AM. Had baby 16 hours later. Had a 2 hour labor (baby number 2) 
BUT baby pooped in the sack. Luckily since her labor was short enough baby wasn’t exposed to it long but this can be super harmful to baby. 
I am 34 weeks currently and I will NOT even consider trying it. 
Personal choice but weigh the pros and cons before following through
