Glow tells me I didn’t ovulate but Ovagraph and FF differ

I am TWW it looks like but Glow never showed me a cover line. However, FF and Ovagraph say I ovulated on CD 14 or CD 15 respectively. Today when I entered my bbt in Glow/ it gave me an “insight” that my temps have been stable and I have not ovulated. This is worrying me a little. Should I ignore that Glow insight? Also having cloudy EWCM occasionally on 7dpo or 8dpo, sometimes snotty, sometimes creamy- does that indicate anything? I have been gassy past 2 days and had heartburn yesterday. This TWW is stressing me out. Would love to hear about any early symptoms. TIA
