Milk Supply Drop ! Need advice/recommendations!! PLEASE

Hi 🤗

My baby boy recently came home from the NICU on April 15th. I was pumping really good before he came home ,but I noticed once he arrived home I seen a like a dramatic , dramatic decline in my supply. I offer the nipple sometimes but he'll only take if there is a nipple.shield on me 🤣 .

P.s I just started back up with my fenugreek vegetarian supplements per my lactation consultant . She also recommend "Legendairy supplement brand and Mothers Milk" .

Any advice , tips , or prescribed/over the counter supplements that has helped you to pick back up milk supply ???

I so desperately want to continue this breastfeeding journey and provide him with milk .
