Anyone know when temp drops for AF?

Question

I have an average 28- 32 day cycle. Today (April 29) is cycle day 30 for me.
I have yet to test, but I’ve had the smallest amount of spotting over the last 12 hours just twice. I’m trying to not get discouraged as I wait to see if AF shows, I won’t be testing until next week, if AF doesn’t show first.

Question is, if I’m spotting because AF is coming  soon, shouldn’t my temp be dropping too? Or does temp not drop until the day AF shows?

It looks like you didn’t ovulate until CD 20, so I think this month will go longer for you. Wait two days before testing. That *could* be implantation spotting at 10 dpo and you would need time for HCG to rise. Or you had a slow rise right after ovulation and the spotting is the start of period, which you would know within two days.

Depends on the person and month. 1-2 days before or after a period starts.
