How do you take you basal body temperature?
It might be a dumb question, but I had been temping a couple years ago and I just assumed you took it vaginally. 🤷🏼♀️ Now, I'm wanting to start temping again so I'm doing more research and... apparently it's meant to be taken orally?🤦🏼♀️ Help a girl out. Hahaha.
