Who’s baby still uses a bottle?

My daughter just turned 1 on the 19th she will use a sippy cup but won’t drink everything that’s in it we just got the go ahead to start whole milk yesterday at her one year appointment. I’ve put water,juice,formula,milk in the sippy cup but she doesn’t consistently use it she just takes some sips and leaves it lay around I don’t want her to not drink much throughout the day. she does get a bottle before her naps and before bedtime (I know that’s going to have to stop).

Have you tried a weighted straw cup? It’s the only thing that I put her milk in that she will gulp down no problem. And then I have a water in another weighted straw cup that she will drink throughout the day.

My son really struggles to drink out of the sippy cup. We've tried several different kinds with different tops. I just weaned him from breastfeeding so I still allow him to drink from his bottles. We are trying to transition slowly. I offer him the sippy with water to practice with at meal times and then let him have bottles with whole milk in between meals and at snack.

We started introducing her to the silly cup around 9-10 months so she would be used to it. 
Once she got the hang of it she didn't mind if she had the bottle or cup. 
Once she turned 1 we got rid of the bottles and she just drank from the sippy cup.

Mine made a year on the 5th. I just got him to start drinking whole milk. Like just this week. He drinks from a sippy cup and bottle but I only give him the milk in a bottle. I’ve tried to give it to him in his sippy but he refuses to drink it. He gets a bottle in the mornings and at bedtime. He has a sippy cup all day with water or juice in it. I’ve tried breaking him from the bottle as I was trying to get him use to whole milk, but it wasn’t happening. So I knew I had to do one at a time.
