People in Vegas — or somewhere else where it’s hot what does your baby wear to bed at night?

My daughter is 4 months old. Up until now she’s been wearing a long sleeve fleece sleep sack. It’s too hot now. The high today is 101 degrees and I’m not sure what to put her in. I’m a first time mom, please be kind with your answers. I’m just looking for advice :-).

It depends if you have air conditioning or not. Go by the temp inside the house.

We keep our house around 72 at night so my son always wore a light cotton sleeper in the summer. In winter, we set heat around 66-67 so then he got fleece sleepers on cold nights. We live in Georgia so it’s super hot in summer and not usually very cold in winter.

If you're house us air conditioned then dress the baby for what temp the house is. We live in Florida and keep the house at 76 in the summer, both kids were born un summer and went to bed with short sleeve onesies or just a diaper and a thin muslin to swaddle

I live in TX it has been 90s the past week. We have evaporated air cooler so it is hard to control the temp but it usually gets 65-70 in the house at night. I put my 2 month old in a fleece onesie and a sleep sack and my 2 year old sleeps in a long onesie with blankets. Dress the baby for what you keep it in your house.

When my daughter was that young (also in the summer months in Vegas) she would sleep in a long sleeve pj or one of the long sleeve dresses that have the scrunchie bottom. We keep our home pretty consistently at 72 in the summer.

My son is 10 months and some nights if it’s going to be warmer outside he’ll just wear a diaper or just a shirt. I rarely put him in a full set because he’s hot natured like his daddy. Only in winter or spring like now where we have some cold nights does he wear a full outfit to bed

We put baby in a cotton zip up sleeper and the toddler in cotton pjs, usually long sleeve and leggings style. The house at night sits around 72.

I don't live somewhere warm, I'm in New York. But my babies exclusively wear pajamas to bed, nothing else. I don't believe in swaddling them at night because I don't think it's safe. I've never used a sleep sack or felt the need to do that. If it's hot at night we just turn up the AC and have no issue.

I live in the south  so while it's not as hot it is always feels hot.  We keep its 69-70 at night and I've always done a light sleep sack and onsie or light long sleeve pjs.  No blanket or anything
