Yellow baby teeth?

Anyone else’s baby seem to have plaque or something on their teeth? We brush his teeth, but I noticed a little yellowish color near the gum line. 
Anyone have tips?

Sometimes discoloration can be due to trauma. My son is 2.5 and he has a discolored tooth that the doctor said is likely due to trauma. We tried brushing as much as we could on it and that’s why we asked his doctor.

I noticed this too on one of her canines. I freaked out and have started brushing her teeth 3 times per day instead of 2. Not easy though, she hates it! In the last few days the yellow has started to fade
