Severe anxiety postpartum ... help
I had my precious girl 4 days ago. I am being hit with horrible fear and anxiety. Picturing her rolling over and suffocating in bed, falling out of/off of something, thinking she will stop breathing or get severely ill and die. I can’t shake these feelings I don’t know what to do 😢
