Is it possible to get rid of a uti without antibiotics?

Question

I have a slight sniffle and sneezing. 
Don’t want to leave the house. 
But I have a bad uti. Passing the horrid red crystal stringy bits, that feel like burning needles when I pee. 
Happened after sex with my husband a few days ago. 
He told me to pee right away cuz he dripped sweat into my vag. 😭 I did pee but soon enough the bacteria set in and after two straight days of non stop drinking water I thought I got rid of it last night. 
But it came back today with a vengeance. I think because I over slept. From 12 am - 5 am and didn’t get up to pee at all. 
Been fighting it all morning, but now it’s straight bloody and cloudy pee with the Little horror strings passing through. 
- need to get cran juice. 
- have lots of water
- using a heat pack on my bladder  for pain. 
Any other at home remedies ?

It’s going to need an antibiotic....I’d be worried about it going to the kidneys.

It sounds like it’s bad enough to warrant antibiotics. I know you don’t want to leave the house and it’s understandable, but if this gets worse you’re going to be in a really bad spot.

Some doctor’s offices are doing virtual and phone consults.  Is there one you’d be able to access? Maybe they can do something?

If u have Frozen or fresh cranberries, drink cranberry smoothie every single day for 4-7 days. Mix it up with other fruits or honey to sweeten it as cranberries are quite sour. Eat garlic and avoid sugar and sweets. Get plain yoghurt for couple of days or probiotic or kefir as they offer essential gut bacteria. 
7 days home treatment should give u a relief
 Don't wear any panty liners etc. And wash your vagina with cold water only. Change your panty often and wear cotton only. No bikinis and lace and synthetic fibers.

In my experience, antibiotics don't really treat utis. It becomes kind of a recurring issue once u take antibiotics.

No. Not when it’s this far gone. If you catch it early, you can sometimes eliminate sugar and drink a TON of water to flush it out but by the time you’re peeing blood, you NEED antibiotics. It’s possible your doctor would even be willing to prescribe you something over the phone/zoom and you not go in. 
Also check out D-mannose. It’s the concentrated version of whatever is in cranberry juice that gets rid of UTIs. I take it every time we have sex and I no longer get UTIs ever, before I started taking it I would get a UTI 4+ times a year.

If you look online at plush care you can have a certified dr call you and diagnose you and fill an antibiotic for you. I did it for my last UTI

It's possible but it's also possible for the infection to spread to your kidneys and for you to go septic
