Vitex with high LH
Does anyone with high LH (luteinising hormone) have any experience taking vitex? I bought some to try to regulate my long cycles but then read that it can increase LH so I haven’t taken it yet as I don’t want to mess up my cycles even more.
I can’t find any scientific evidence for it though, so would be interested to hear your experiences!
