Sexual assault or no?... I need help!

So while at my sister's house there was a guy there and we were both spending the night. I called the couch and so did he. He was pinching my leg and I kept kicking him Every time. He put His arm around me and I didn't move it. He then held my hand and also I didnt move it. I was scratching his head and then I fell asleep. He got up and he had me go to the bedroom. (I was told I could either walk or be carried to the bedroom) I got up and went to the room and went back to sleep. He started drinking and got drunk he came in and layed down. He kept putting his hands all over me and I repeatedly told him to get off of me. He wouldnt stop. I rolled over and he kept flipping me over and moving me all around. He started kissing me and I was pulling back and he still kept going. Mind you I was still half asleep. He started putting his hand on my breast and I kept moving his hand away and he wouldn't stop touching me. He started rubbing on my vagina. I moved his hand and repeadivly said stop. And he would say 'sorry sorry' and do it again, after all of this I rolled over and went to sleep he told everyone else that we had sex but I don't remember that. I remember waking up feeling awkward. I immediately told people and his momma said she can't blame him because we are the same age and he thought he was gonna get lucky. (We are both 15 btw) this happened in February and I just thought about sharing it here to get some advice. Was this sexual assault or am I over reacting?
