Being on top when you and your boyfriend are almost the same height?

I want to be on top more when I have sex with my boyfriend. I know he wants it too but when I get on top I feel kinda insecure. He’s a few inches taller than me but when I get on top I feel like a giant and my head past his head making me look taller. I also have a bit of a tummy I’m so insecure of him looking at it jiggle 🤦🏻‍♀️ anything I can do so I can feel less insecure? He doesn’t do anything wrong, he loves my body. Does putting my feet flat on the bed while I’m on top work better? Like a squatting position?

That position is going to be a serious workout for your butt and thighs! I can't do it and I recommend against it unless you have the next day off with nothing to do in case you need to recover. 
He knows what you look like and he's there and eager for a reason. Turn the lights off while you build confidence. Maybe before you get started, like in a neutral situation like over dinner, tell him you're nervous but you really want to do it. Explain you will need encouragement like hearing what he's enjoying

Well it would stand the reverse is true that if he's already taller than you he probably looks more like a giant 😅 I guarantee he enjoys the view no matter what you think you look like. You can put your feet flat on the bed but it is a workout.  It probably wasn't the best idea doing that last night after walking 6 miles yesterday. I'm laying for it today. Other options to try would be when you are on top reverse it so your back is to him or when facing him lean back and support yourself with your arms.
