we had an oopsie and the condom busted and this was the first time in my life i’ve ever had semen inside of me and now i’m freaking out. I take my pill perfectly and have for a decade

Every time we had sex for a decade and never had a scare. That was the whole point of me being on the pill.

I never got pregnant using the pill for 10 years without ever pulling out. Went off the pill and got pregnant right away. The point of the pill is to protect you so if you take it perfectly theres a VERY low chance of it failing

I wouldn't worry. Plenty of people use the pill as their only method. I personally am not comfortable with that but if it happened once on accident I wouldn't worry especially if you take it perfectly. 
I switched to an IUD since it's more effective and I use it as my only method now since it's more effective Im more comfortable. You could always switch to something like the IUD or implant if you want less stress
