Is 41 too old?

Ive been working at this place for almost 2 years... At the beginning when I saw one of my coworkers I couldnt stand him because of how like mean he was, we would only say hi to each other and that was pretty much it but one day I just went to his office and we spoke for a solid 30 mins and my whole view of him changed... Lately we have become EXTREMELY close.

I have always dated guys older than me because most of the boys of my age just want to be playing around and I have no time for that... I am going to be 28 in June BUT Ive never been with somebody of his age or anything like that. Also, he doesnt look his age. He is a little dark skin and as we might know lol black doesnt crack so he looks like he is 35. And he is the type of person that I can speak to him about stupid shit like the same way that I can have a spiritual, deep talk with him, and feel completely comfortable doing it. But the age gap is a little scary this time even though i feel that he is just perfect to me and he has his head on his shoulders, doesnt have kids and he doesnt have a wife or gf.

Should I leave it alone or should I see where things go?
