Please help any remedies for extreme itchiness!
I can’t stop scratching it’s so itchy in this area! I think it is fiberglass but I am not sure. Please help me with a remedy! I do not want scars, I scratch in my sleep and do not realize and I’m trying to stop. This is very embarrassing and sad. Any remedies would be much appreciated thank you! I do not have underlying condition other than PCOS. Thank you for reading!
