Bottle brands with very slowflow nipples?

I use the narrow dr brown preemie nipples but its a pain to wash those bottles 😭 especially now that my baby is now eating 3 oz so i had to get the 4 oz bottles which feel longer bcs i prefer those short little bottles that fit at least 5 oz but i was wondering if there are any other bottles with nipples thst are extra slow flow .. i was thinking the comotomo bottles but idk if the first level nipple will be to fast
