Is there anything I can do?

My moms house is falling apart..literally. We all work and try to help her but it's hard as we all live check to check sometimes and also have children of our own. At first her house wasn't that bad but now it's 2-3 new problems every week. From the wood floors literally breaking and caving in. The wood walls popping up. Infestation problems...idk what to do and it breaks my heart. We live in Texas
