What can I do to prep for a scheduled c-section?

Ellissa • This is our fourth pregnancy and we are praying for a safe and healthy baby!

My first two babies were emergency c-sections and they were both traumatic for me. The second one I recovered quicker I think, maybe because I knew what to expect pain wise and time recovering. This time it’s a scheduled c-section and I’m told it will be soooo much easier mentally and physically. However, I want to plan and prep the best I can to have a better experience and quicker recovery. I’ve had some mommas already give me great advice, like start eating lighter the week of the c-section...lots of fruits and veggies and yogurt and such...also to try and get walking as soon as you’re allowed after the procedure. But I’d welcome any other advice you experienced c-section mommas might have. THANKS!! ❤️❤️❤️
