Bleeding woke me up

So last night at 1 am o woke up to the feeling of bleeding and sure enough my underwear was soaked and I filled the toilet. Thank goodness I already had an appointment at my ob for today first thing so I just called and went in early. Baby is fine got an ultrasound and saw the heartbeat and a very active little kiddo . But I have a subchorionic hematoma and now I’m on pelvic rest for at least 2 weeks. Honestly he could have told me bed rest for the rest of my pregnancy seeing my little one wave his hand was the greatest joy Iv ever witnessed
