When are you announcing?

First time mama. I’ll be 6wks tomorrow. When are you announcing to your family? We were going to wait but Mother’s Day would be such a fun time to announce our little baby!

I actually just found out that I’m expecting, January 2021. 🥳
I am honestly going to wait at least for the first 12 weeks.

I’m 5wks and just found out I’m pregnant with baby#3 and have told my husband of course, my mom, mother/father in law, sisters and our 2 little ones (6yr old daughter she’s super excited and 3yr old son). But making it public and telling our friends and the rest of our family will be on my birthday/father’s day weekend when I’ll be close to 12wks.

We told our immediate family a couple of days after finding out, I think I’d have gone spare if I hadn’t. We’re waiting until scan and test results are back to tell anyone else though...I don’t think there’s a right or wrong answer just whenever your comfortable telling particular people. All the best!

Telling our families this weekend! I know it’s early, but my husband is a terrible secret keeper. He’s about to burst at the seams. As for me, I’m so morning sick all the time, my family would notice soon anyways. Plus, I’ll take all the extra prayers I can get for a healthy baby during the first trimester. We’ll go public with the news closer to 12 weeks.

I ended up telling my dad last night, I’ve been so sick there is no way I could hide it. Telling mother in law on Mother’s Day. Everyone else probably in second trimester
