Study tips

So how do you usually learn for a test?

I go to med school 3th year,but somehow I started loosing focus and I feel like I need some change in my study routine.

During my high school and earlyer I would usually just read the paragraph/chapter and than try to explain it.

I tried using colors also but I just don't get it. I don't know how to use them so they just seem so distracting for me.

I usually memorise everything I hear on tv, I learned spanish just by watching movies without subtitles,and I memorise all kind of songs byheart.

Do you have any kind of advice for me? Some kind of dynamic but jet not distracting method for learning.

I also can't listen to music when I study and I have bad focus.
