Going out of my mind

I am going out of my mind. Current 27w5d and last night I had pink spotting when I wiped. I freaked out. Called the hospital who took me in, monitored baby and said she was fine, said it looks like I have a UTI, my pulse was high and so was my temp, after a couple of hours I was allowed to go home.

The nurses were great but didn’t seem bothered at all which I know is a good thing.

Today I feel so anxious, my stomach feels like I’m about to come on a period but hopefully the spotting has stopped and I haven’t had any for 8 hours now. Has anyone had similar? I need some reassurance.
