Obsessed with weight

Hi ladies, just looking for some support, I've had a complicated relationship with weight since the start of this pregnancy and I'm just really feeling it as I start my third trimester today. I never thought or felt I was overweight before the baby (except the standard 3-5lbs I could stand to lose). I stated this pregnancy gaining weight very slowly but healthily but now being quarantined has caused it to spike much faster since I'm not exercising nearly as much (I used to walk five miles a day just to and from work). I know women gain 20-35lbs on average but I'm so scared I'm going to blow past that in these last few months and I hate how obsessed I am with the scale. I can't see my doctor in office for another three weeks because of the quarantine and I'm just so worried I'm letting my baby and self down right at the finish line. I hate this guilt and I hate how I feel about myself right now. My husband says I look great and he LOVES my belly but I'm worried from a health and delivery perspective. Please help mamas 😢
