I ordered flowers from Teleflora called Sapphire Skies Bouquet.  I chose it specifically because of the blue color scheme (sapphire is literally in the name).  I feel like they look barely anything like what was advertised and I spent over $50 on them... :(   I contacted customer service and they only offered me a $5.99 refund.  I contacted them again and sent the photos...they said they would give an $8.99 refund instead.

1. Your lilies haven't bloomed yet which means they'll last longer but right now they don't look as full
2. The stock photo on the website is usually the largest bouquet option. If you picked a smaller arrangement, it's not going to look exactly the same.
3. There's actually a flower shortage right now because of Coronavirus. While it looks like all your flower types are there, this could have an affect as well. But over all i think it looks nice. They're never as nice as the stock photo though 🤷‍♀️

It just looks like some of the flowers haven’t fully bloomed yet. In a few days it’ll likely look a bit more like the picture. They’re still very beautiful.

Looks like you got the flowers in the advertised bouquet 🤷 but the lillies aren't bloomed yet. The only blue/sapphire parts are those littler blue flowers and they look the same as the picture....

Did you possibly order the cheaper version of the arrangement? When I ordered flowers for my MIL this week I had to choose from Basic, Medium and Highest price range, but I think the photo was the same for each.
That said, I do think they are still very pretty! And like they said above, when they bloom more it will look more full. But I can see why you would be disappointed, too.

They're almost never as pictured lol I used to work in a floral dept at a grocery store and we filled ftd orders. They give you a recipe of sorts, like how many of each flower is supposed to be used. We would always have to add extra flowers in order for it to look nearly as full as the picture.
