New kitten

Hi girls. I got a kitten and it's 4 weeks old. It's so scared and doesn't move much and also it hasn't peed or pooped all day!! I gave her food and water but she drank just one sip but she ate a good amount! I'm worried something bad will happen to her because she doesn't want to drink water and she's scared!! She hides from us all the time. Do you have any tips? Is it just because of the new environment?
