you gotta put your back into it girl. pop a squat & just arch your back start moving your butt with your legs, put pressure all on your legs, is all about the foot & ass work

It's all in the hips, pop your butt up and down. Don't arch too much, bend like you're about to sit down and stop. After that move it up a little to feel your bottom jiggle. Then go  back down but not too far. Good luck
