Did any of you ladies know you were pregnant with twins before an ultrasound?

What was some of the signs that made you think you were? Gut instinct? Different somehow than other pregnancies?

Out of 6 pregnancies, 2 being twin pregnancies, I didn’t feel any different. My doctor made a joke about having twins again just before doing an ultrasound and seeing twins.

Only way to know is by ultrasound

There is no way to know with out an ultrasound. However, my HCG blood levels were VERY high and strong progesterone. I also got a clear(not strong but clear) positive on a 9dpo pregnancy test. I suspected it. The ultrasound confirmed it. Twins!
