Does anybody else get bad acne?

For the past few years I’ve had acne on the sides of my face. “Hormonal acne” I’m not sure why I’m breaking out. I’m 23 so I figure it would stop but it hasn’t.

I used to have horrible acne I did 2 things and my skin is really nice now
1- the first thing is using Roaccutan but you need prescription for it, usually doctors give it to you as a last option. I don’t see why! I feel if you are healthy and have no liver functions problems ( you need a blood test before using it and after every few months of using it) you can ask your doctor for it. It’s magic.. but it also can have serious side effect depending on your health.. and you should also make sure you’re not pregnant.
2- the second thing is just Differin gel.. it also gives you very good results and it’s around £5 .. you need a prescription for it in the U.K. but not in other countries.. I would recommend it 3 times a week.. apply it at night and wash your face in the morning.. Don’t apply it and expose your skin to the sun.

I used to have lots of acne, especially hormonal. What helped me is going to an esthethician to get a professional facial, drinking lots of water and cutting soda out of my diet. 
Also, I switched to using all natural products on my face like Neutrogena Naturals & taking a probiotic and fish oil from Hum Nutrition called Gut Intinct and OmG Omega 3. My acne is so mild now like 1 or 2 pimples.
The best thing is knowing what products to use on your skin type & diet.  Good skin starts in the gut.

I am following this post. I'm also 23 but I've been getting acne still. I wash my face constantly and I don't wear too much makeup, and I always clean my face before bed. I've tried everything and even though my acne is horrible. It still bothers me because ill have something important or big coming up and then the next thing I know my face breaks out
