Pregnant with Paragard

So I had my Paragard IUD put in 2 years ago and everything was fine. My period was a week late and I’ve been having PMS symptoms (sore breasts, constipation, cramping) for 4-5 days, but no period so I decided to take a pregnancy test. And it’s positive. I’m supposed be be getting married 10/11/2020 so this is not the best timing.

Has anyone had a false positive with a Paragard before? I’ve also been taking biotin for my hair/nails for about a month and antihistamines for my allergies which I read could cause false positives maybe?
