I got a juicer!
Hi people!
So I just recently purchased a juicer I’m having tons of fun with it.
I am not using it to do a juice cleanse or detox or meal replacements, just doing it to get a little more healthy and motivation!
I was googling about recipes and what nots, I just had a few questions maybe you all can help.
Is too much a bad thing like too many ingredients? For example tonight’s juice was mango green apple spinach kale ginger broccoli and carrot pretty much one of each.-is that too many?
I had poured some over a glass of ice and sat down. I left the rest of my juice on the counter, is it okay if I put it in the fridge over night and have the rest on the next day?
I read not to consume too much kale and spinach it could negatively affect you. Should I stick to that?
Any recipes or advice I’d be greatly appreciative.
