Do i have sex or wait?

Not sure if im posting on the right group?? Ive had 2 miscarriages in the past im now 13 weeks pregnant and not had sex with my fiancé since i found out i was pregnant which when i was about 3 weeks pregnant , is it safe to start having sex now or is it bad to start now after waiting for so long??? Id rather not start if it was going to cause anything but I obviously want to if its safe ??
UPDATE:
My drs told me to wait until i was 20 weeks pregnant because of my past history but my midwife said theres no reason to wait until then? What do i do?

unless you’ve been told otherwise by your doctor, sex is safe at any point in pregnancy.

Ask a doctor. It is mostly safe and won't cause miscarriages. Just because most early miscarriages are because of genetical disorders. Only wery few miscarriages are from mismach from mothers anatomy, maybe too short cervix. But to know that you need a doctor te tell it to you. Just saying it is quite rare to be put on pelvic or even bed rest, but it sometimes happens.

Have you seen a doctor yet? Have they said anything? Sex is generally okay during pregnancy and it doesn’t matter if you haven’t had it in a while. But if you are concerned, I’d try to contact a doctor about it.
