Is this a yeast infection?

So my boyfriend and I had crazy sex last night (24 hours ago). It was the first time I have ever orgasmed and it was wild. Well he made me orgasm by fingering me and then after, we had sex without a condom. When I got home, I noticed I was bleeding a little, which has happened before when we have really rough sex (like we did that night) so I didn’t think anything of it. Well today I’ve been really sore and draining a little yellowish/brown stuff, but not much. It mostly just feels really sore. I looked at it, and there are no white spots. BUT it does look red inside my vagina, kinda like a rash. I’m worried it’s a yeast infection. What do you think it is?

For background knowledge, I had 3 yeast infections a few months ago right after the other. I thought I was done, but maybe not. What else could it be?
