Stuffy nose and cough?

For the past few days now, my baby is waking up with a stuffy nose (his snot is green and sticky today). He also occasionally has a dry cough every few hours or so. I have been monitoring his temperature for days and he doesn’t have fever. His feedings, sleep, wet/dirty diapers have all been normal. I called the pediatrician and have yet to get a response from her. So in the meantime, thought I would ask you mamas. Is this something to be concerned about? Should I adjust the temperature of house (usually 71 degrees swaddled are night, 74/75 degrees during day)? Or any other tips/suggestions would be appreciated please.
