I’m unable to climax during sex. Is there something wrong with my body?

I’ve been in a relationship for about 5 months now and have known my boyfriend for almost a year. We started having sex in December and he’s been my first intimate partner. Anyway, the sex feels amazing but I’ve never actually climaxed and I feel like something isn’t properly wired down there. Sorry if this is a TMI but even if we’re just doing foreplay and he’s working my clit I still don’t climax.

Are you engaging in clit stimulation while having sex? Some women (like me) don’t climax from vagina sex. You have to stimulate your clit in order to find pleasure. You can do it while having sex, he can do it or you can get oral / a vibrator. I enjoy using a vibrator during sex.

Most women don’t climax from penetration alone. Majority need clitoral stimulation as well. So do lots of foreplay that way! Probably TMI, but 9/10 times when having sex, my SO & I will do things before sex & I’ll climax then, & then while having sex it usually is sensitive enough it’ll happen during then again as well. Again I know tmi 😂, but I just thought it could help your situation to maybe try something like that

A lot of women struggle with reaching climax. Just be patient and experiment around with different techniques and you'll eventually get there don't over think it.

So I thought the exact same thing! I didn’t climax for almost three years after I became sexually active. For me, I feel like 80% of my climax is mental, My man has to be able to get me in the right mood first. After that I need a mix of penetration and clit stimulation to make me climax.

Are you on birth control? I seriously feel like I’m broken. I lost my virginity in September and have not been able to finish just from sex ever, I did get close one time. I got on birth control before we had sex and I feel like it got harder and harder to orgasm each month. I always finished from oral until the new year now it’s in my head I take too long and it’s just a mental thing or I think it’s from the birth control. I read online it can make it harder.
