Maybe broken nose

My 13 month old was walking with a tshirt in one hand and a stuffed animal in the other. She lost her footing and fell right on her face! She didn’t even try to catch herself... she his so hard her little head bounced. I’ve never heard her cry like she did. It bled a little bit but not very much. I’m attaching a picture. You can see her little nose is bruised and swollen. She doesn’t act like it hurts! She’ll let me poke it and push on it so I have no idea if it’s even worth going to the doctor... what do you think?
