I think something is wrong 😭

I went for an ultrasound on April 15th and then the doctor says the pregnancy was 5weeks plus from the ultrasound. Yesterday 12th of May I’m there again to know how it’s going and then the ultrasound says it’s 7weeks plus, I’m really confused though the doctor said this is the date we can now work with, he said there’s definitely a gestational sac habouring the yolk sac and amionitic sac, should I be scared? Or who else has experienced this?????
